What we collect
Forms. When you send a hiring brief, register as a candidate or generate a quota gap report, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company, phone number if you give it, the roles or details you describe, and — for the report — the headcount, skilled-role and Emirati figures you enter for each licence.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Google sets cookies for this. We do not see your name or email in analytics.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address and time, used only to run and protect the site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to send you the report you generated.
- To contact you about closing the Emiratisation gap you described, or, for candidates, about roles that match your profile.
- To improve the site.
We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own use.
How it is processed
Form submissions are emailed to EmployEmiratis through Resend, a transactional email provider operating from the European Union, and to you where you asked for a copy. The website itself stores nothing you submit: there is no database of enquiries or reports behind it. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own terms.
How long it is kept
Emails stay in our inbox for as long as we are in contact with you about the enquiry. The email provider retains a copy of sent messages for up to 30 days. Candidate profiles we keep on file are reviewed at least once a year and removed when no longer relevant, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: email [email protected]. We reply within one working day.
- Decline analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a blocking extension; the site works without them.
- Candidates: your profile is never shared with an employer before we have spoken to you and you have agreed.
