Four things that make a CV easier to place
Employers hiring UAE Nationals for skilled roles look for the same handful of signals. Make them easy to find.

Include
- Your highest qualification, with the institution and year — employers need it attested for MoHRE’s skilled-role definition
- Two or three results per role, not a list of duties
- Languages, systems and certifications (CIPD, ACCA, Power BI, Salesforce and similar)
- Notice period, preferred emirate and whether you are registered on Nafis
Not registered on Nafis yet?
- Employers can only claim salary and pension support for Nafis-registered candidates, so registration moves you up the list.
