What we need from you

Four things that keep a hire on schedule

Our side of the process is fast because it is prepared. Yours is fast when these four are in place.

Before we start

  • A 30-minute call or a job description. Enough to write the brief. We fill the gaps on the call.
  • A salary band. We benchmark it against the Emirati market before we search, so offers land first time.
  • Interview panel availability. The single biggest driver of timeline. Two slots in week two is ideal.
  • Feedback within 48 hours. Emirati candidates are usually in more than one process. Silence loses them.

Guarantees

  • Shortlist in 5 working days or we tell you why
  • 90-day free replacement on every placement
  • No fee until the candidate starts
  • One consultant, brief to onboarding

HR director shaking hands with an Emirati candidate

“Emirati Civil Engineers are in high demand. However, our experience with Shukran was not just easy — they simplified the entire process of talent spotting, and we are proud to have onboarded some of the finest Emirati talent.”

Most permanent hires go from brief to accepted offer in two to three weeks: shortlist in five working days, interviews the following week, offer and notice period after that. Executive searches take six to eight weeks; bulk campaigns about six.

A 30-minute call, or a job description and a salary band. We also ask who sits on the interview panel and how quickly you can give feedback — that is what decides the timeline.

Three to five per role, each with screening notes, salary expectation, notice period and Nafis status. We would rather send three strong UAE Nationals than fifteen CVs.

No — interviews are yours. We schedule them, prepare the candidate, collect feedback within 24 hours and advise on the offer. We can sit in as an observer if you ask.

On the candidate’s start date. No retainer, no fee for the shortlist.
